Wrong, faulty or never arrived? We fix it
Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we remake it free or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Keep the original. There is nothing to post back.
Sizing is on us if we got it wrong
Every listing shows the printer's own measurements for that blank. If the item does not match them, that is a fault and the promise above covers it.
EU and UK: 14 days to change your mind
Buyers in the EU, the EEA and the UK can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Use the cancel button on your order and we refund the item and standard delivery.
Australia: your consumer guarantees stand
Nothing on this page reduces the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law, and no time limit here applies to them.
Trees stay planted
A refund returns your money in full, including the tree money. The mangroves it funded are already in the ground and they stay there.
How to start
Open your order with the number on your receipt and use the Something wrong with this order? link. Choose what happened, add a photo if the item arrived damaged or misprinted, and a person picks it up from there. You will not be asked to post anything back, because there is nowhere for it to go.
The detail
Faulty, damaged, wrong item, or it never arrived. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and send a photo where there is something to photograph. We remake the item free or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and you keep the original.
It does not fit. Each listing carries the printer's own measurements for that blank. Measure a garment you already own against them before ordering, because an item printed for one order cannot go back into stock and be sold to someone else. If the item does not match the measurements we published, that is a fault and the paragraph above covers it.
Changed your mind, in the EU, the EEA or the UK. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and you do not have to give one. Start it from your order page or by email and we refund the item and standard delivery. There is no return address to send it to, so keep the item or pass it on to someone who will wear it.
Changed your mind, everywhere else. We cannot take it back as standard, because it was made for your order alone. Tell us anyway. A real person reads every one of these.
Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing on this page limits that, and no time limit here applies to it.
Colour. Screens and fabrics differ, and printers work inside a tolerance. A small variation between what you saw and what arrived is not a fault. Anything you would call obviously wrong is, so send a photo and we will look.
Trees. The mangroves your order funded are planted as soon as payment clears, and a refund does not undo them. You get your money back in full, including the tree money, and the trees stay in the ground. The public record of them is on the impact ledger.
